AGM meeting with Keep Fit Sessions and Demonstrations.

With three keep fit sessions in the morning – something for everyone. After lunch we have an afternoon of demonstrations by teams from across the region.

Tea and coffee available – bring your own packed lunch.

Pay on the door: Members £7.00  non-members £9.00
Afternoon only (after 1pm) – £3.00
