East Midlands Keep Fit Association are pleased to announce their recreative weekend and applications are open.

Running on 28 and 29 January 2023 in East Midlands. Tutors are Lisa Terry and Lisa Bigley.

Open to all KFA members (subject to availability).

For £155 you get

• Overnight accommodation and breakfast at a 4 start hotel – Hilton Hotel, Leicester
• Full intinerary of Laban Dance and Keep Fit movement sessions all day Saturday and Sunday to lunch.
• Full catering including Saturday gala dinner. Saturday buffet lunch and Sunday carvery.
• Complementary use of gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool.
• Beauty treatments available by appointment (extra cost)
