What’s on: Spotlight on Fitness

Regional festival to be held at the Longfield Suite, Prestwich, Manchester M25 1AY on Saturday 27th October 11:00 am to 4:15 pm (Doors open 10:00 am)

The event will include Keep Fit Rallies for everyone to join in taken by local teachers.

Demonstrations by the local areas who make up the North West Region and the North West team who performed at the National Festival in Birmingham earlier this year.

Craft stall, cake stall, raffle and refreshments will also be their  to tempt you.

Everyone welcome to join in or just watch.
