Keep Fit Association registered teachers present creative movement and dance inspired fitness classes that are effective, safe and aim to improve all aspects of physical and overall well-being.

Join our long established association to get more than regular dance inspired exercise classes.

Each affiliated teacher

  • Holds a nationally recognised qualification supported by Sport England and keeps up to date with continued professional development.
  • Is eligible to be a member of the The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity(CIMSPA).
  • Has Public and Professional Liability insurance.
  • Holds a current First Aid certificate.
  • Has trained to teach mixed ability classes and designs the session to suit those attending each week so stimulating both mind and body.
  • Will help you to get the most from each session in a non-competitive and social environment.

Ways to join …

On-line

Through your Teacher – Teachers can collect new membership forms and payments. A teacher can collect new membership forms, together with correct payment from the new member and then make a single payment via bulk pay once the office has received the new member form.

Teachers Bulk Payment System

  • Cost 1st June to 31st October 2023– £23 after 1st November 2023 – £25
  • Download and complete the new members form
  • Send the form by email to kfa@emduk.org or by post to EMD UK 14 Graylands Estate, Langhurstwood Road, Horsham, RH12 4QD
  • Make payment to your teacher
