Congratulations to Maureen Hart – the Yorkshire Volunteer of the Year for 2017. Jane Dewar presented the trophy to Maureen at the Yorkshire Annual General meeting event at Dewsbury Town Hall on Saturday 11th November 2017.
Maureen first joined a keep fit class in Pudsey in 1966 and has be fully involved with the Keep Fit Association ever since at class, branch, regional and national level. She has been a teacher in Leeds for 45 years and throughout that time with the support of the Leeds members has raised substantial funds for many charities.
